Corpore Sano Massage
I consider myself first and foremost to be a clinical massage therapist. This means that I do more than just relaxation work- my goal is to relieve issues at at their root. I use a deep knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and pathology to work with my clients to figure out not just where the pain is, but what is causing it and to create real, enduring change.
I am not a ‘No pain, no gain’ sort of massage therapist. I believe in working with the body and using more subtle techniques than brute-forcing my way through the muscles. As such, I use a combination of massage modalities and physical therapy-style techniques such as muscle energy technique (MET), reciprocal inhibition, and trigger point therapy to relax muscles and reduce fascial restrictions.

Therapy In Motion
My love language is physical touch, and my passion is anatomy and the science of human movement. I've had this business since 2019 and can confidently say that I've found what I'll be doing for the rest of my life and I couldn't be happier about it. I promise to treat you with dignity, respect, and to make a safe space for you and your wellness journey both in the gym and on the massage table.
I received my training in anatomy, physiology, massage, and energy work at The Colorado School of Healing Arts in 2019, and my training in exercise coaching and corrective exercise from the Brookbush Institute in 2020. I started my passion for working out and functional movement in 2011 and haven't looked back since.
In addition to the training required to become a certified personal trainer and licensed massage therapist, I am trained as a Human Movement Specialist and Integrated Manual Therapist. This gives me analytical skills to focus my talents on corrective exercise and evidence based manual therapy techniques.
